      David exceeded my expectations. He was clearly a real expect. I learned a lot about my future house during the 2+ hour process. He came on time despite from faraway and he was also very friendly. Comparing to my previous experience with another inspector, David did much more inspection and was very thorough. It was definitely not a routine for him. Not to mention the detailed report came out the same day. I am very happy with the service and will certainly use him again for next home inspection. Highly recommended.
