I am unfortunately outside of Scott's region, but he was kind enough to listen to the options and quote presented by another contractor and let me know if I had any other alternatives and if the price was reasonable. He had nothing to gain by speaking to me and even gave me a cheaper 3rd option. It's a shame I couldn't use his services. He seems to be a reputable person I would have been comfortable using...all from just a phone call.
