Would give it zero stars as any time my husband OR I have called during business hours no one ever answers the phone. We've had them before at a family members house and thought it was good pizza. Sadly after never answering the phone we won't be giving them any of our money.

We've had good food and service in the past from this pizza time, but lately we haven't received the service we came to expect from them. We were regular customers and recommended them to friends, until today. I have regularly paid by debit over the phone without incident so that I could have my order picked up for me, but today was told that I would need to pay at pick up and that they would need to check my ID...that's just asking me not to come back.

Glad it finally opened, would likely never order from HOTLINE pizza again. We will use Parma Pizza Time from here on out.

We are very impressed with their pizza, and are so glad that Parma has a new restaurant.
