I started dancing at Diann's when I was 5 then left 2 years later because a teacher opened her own studio and I followed her. When the studio closed when I was 16 I went back to Diann's and I was sorely disappointed. Diann thinks way too highly of herself and her studio but if she assumes you are not good enough for her classes you will be stuck in a younger age group. I was 16 and very talented but Diann herself insisted putting me in the 13-15 age group class. After one year of Diann's lousy instruction I left her studio (again) and went to a better studio. If you (or your child) wants to have fun while learning how to dance well do not attend Diann's. The studio is very snobbish and the teachers are not that great. Very impatient and judgemental. Oh, and Diann's is waaaay too over priced. The studio is not worth the money you pay.
