Do Not waste your time!! This company put us through a circus of emails and text messages after meeting at their office and giving a deposit for transportation for our wedding. They promised after the meeting that they would send us a contract to confirm our reservation. A month later, after calling and calling we received no contract, (instead she kept saying that they were mailing one, emailing one but the internet was down, and finally they claimed they would send a driver to our house with the contract who never showed up). At that point we kindly asked for our deposit back, since we would not be using their services. This was 7 months prior to our wedding, and they refused, argued and told us to take them to court. They also stated that this was not the first time someone had threatened to take them to court. How could we trust that they would arrive on our wedding day, if they would not even have the decency to sign a contract in good faith? Horrible experience!

Excellent service! We used Freedom for all of our corporate needs for many years while our office was located in Short Hills . I have used them personally as well.
