great place, took wifes PC in at 3pm had it back by 6pm same day(they worked after closing to finish it). burned up vid card and a capacitor on MB, great deal on new parts and felt very good about the total experiance. will go back for all PC repairs, so unlike the "big" tech places...<cough> BestBuy<cough>. if you go elsewhere its your own fault.

The quality and personal care really shows in this family owned and operated business. The owner diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and accurately. The rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Restore Computer Repair to anyone who is having computer issues. Hopefully, we will not have any further issues with our computer, but if we do this is the place we will go.
The best computer repair service in baltimore! We recently took our pc into this this shop to have it cleaned and all the viruses removed and they did a fantastic job. The computer has been running better then ever. Very very nice place, very fast too!

I had a very frustrating and complicated computer issue. The owner couldn't have been nicer in sticking with me until the problem was resolved. All of this with tremendous courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend this business. Plus, it was half the price of other companies! Mary

After my computer crashed and had a bios message on boot, I called the motherboard company and did not realize when following their instructions I accidentally pulled the power plug out of the hard drive. When booting up, the bios did not recognize the drive and I thought it died. Tried everything. Seagate said they would replace the drive, but it would cost $1200 to retrieve the data. I called Sam and he told me it sounded like the power cable was out (no one else even suggested that). The computer is now working again and Sam didn't even want any $$ for the phone consult. I know that for any future problems, he will be the one I call and all my friends will know about him too!
