to whom it may concern; I stopped at your Parkersburg location at 16th street and St. Marys Ave this morning. As I was pulling on the lot there was a young lady with a red go mart shirt and black and pink sneakers smoking out front. As I exited my vehicle I could smell WEED and as I got closer to the employee I noticed she was the one smoking the WEED. Now I don't know what your policy is on drug use at work but from the looks of it your management staff allows this type of behavior. The last time I checked WEED use was illegal. I have four young teens and I don't need this type of influence pushed on my kids. This is a public facility and should be dealt with IMMEDIATELY! As you can see my concern is for the safety and well being of the children. PLEASE look into this matter. This is a serious situation and can not be taken lightly.
