This post office misplaced my package. I waited and called them after few days. Day-1 : First guy picked up the phone and said that there is a problem with the tracking number and due to system issue they gave me a duplicate tracking number. so they need to now track the package. Will call you tomorrow. Day 2: waited for the call. No response call back from post office Day 3 : I called back to post office. They talked to me as if i am calling them for first time. They again took the tracking number and said "Immm weired status". i asked what?. he said they will be able to track the package and will call me next day. Day 4: No call back from the post office as usual. So i called back, Now this guy told we are asking carrier to check for the package. When i called back he said package is stolen, So after 6 days and several phone call later, i was told the package is stolen from my porch. Horrible service. They dont care for customers. Not even a single apology for my inconvenience.

I have been terribly disappointed with the service of the main Parker post office on Pony Express Drive over the past nearly two years. I have yet to walk into the PO without there being a line of people waiting for service and have seen as many as 15 people waiting with one attendant tied up and the other making no effort to get help from the back to help out front.
My mail got so screwed up when I wanted it forwarded last year that I paid my neighbor to collect and forward my mail. I have just this last week (October 4) again tried via the usps web site to have my mail forwarded to my other home in Florida with the request to start forwarding it as of Wednesday, October 8. However, mail continued to be delivered on the 8th and again on the 9th instead of being forwarded as requested. The regular carrier said he has gotten no notice of a forwarding request! I called the PO number (303/805/2109) numerous times (around 9!) only to get a busy signal before finally getting through and then was told that it takes 10 days for a request to be processed from my web request. The gentleman that I spoke to got on line and checked my request and indicated he would be sure to see that my request would be processed through, which I very much appreciated. I honestly wonder if my request would have been processed through were it not for having to take the time to personally follow up on my request.
Another family living nearby some time ago stopped having their mail run through the main post office and have been using a ups mail store instead because of the continual problems they were having.
I certainly hope that something can be done to improve the operations of this post office!
