The products speak for themselves. Excellent products, they do what they claim to . I can't say the same for the Company. I requested to meet with the technician on the first visit to discuss my lawn. I was told not an issue. After several months of treatment and additional request to discuss my lawn issues. Still the only response I received was the note left after every treatment that my lawn was doing well. That was not my opinion, only the technicians again contacted the direct phone number for the Lawn Service. After irritating discussion with the representative who basically called me a liar, i discontiued my service. To this date they still are not concerned about customer service or hasn't even questioned why I stopped service. I contacted them again to inquire about a one time service. Again I was advised I would receive a callback within a certain time frame. No return call. Stay away from this company. Not honorable, doesn't care about the customer.
