I showed up with my golden retriever service dog that was marked and was treated very substandard by the hostess/manager. I think you need train/retrain your team members. The waitress and guest were great

Had lunch on the deck yesterday, with great view of the river & really good food. Went back for spaghetti night tonight & loved it. Have had drinks on the deck in years past. Really fun place ... aaaaaarg

At the request of our daughter, we dined at The Pirate's Den in Parker, AZ, on our return trip to Chandler, AZ, from Laughlin, NV. Signs are not well marked but we did finally arrive after missing the entrance off Hwy 95 and turning around. Glad we did. We dined outdoors on the patio and watched the watercraft on the Colorado River. Relaxing, good food and excellent service.

We ate dinner at the black pearl which was a nice escape from the heat, nice atmosphere! It beats the other river spots! I can't comment on the RV park but was told they are still working out the kinks. I am giving it a 4 because it was a little pricey!

Love this place, love the location, makes ya feel like you're on an island somewhere on vacation! Downside: Cocktail waitresses are as little slow in greeting you and coming around for drink & food orders. Ate dinner at the new Black Pearl restaurant over Memorial weekend and LOVED it!!! Great food, great service and an awesome view of the river while dining! Had the Mussels Josephine and Clambake for 4, so good!!!!

Great place was there today as the Black Pearl opened. Great place great service. Was not impressed with Lori in the reservation office she thought she was better than us. But what a great place on the River. We will be back.

I gave it one star because I had to however we have been going to Pirate's cove for 2 years and my Brother and his wife came to visit, and we had heard about your new restaurant so we went on line and it said the restaurant was open so we headed out upon arriving we seen a sign that said the restaurant was not open yet...hmmm so we decided to have a drink ..let me just say it took minutes to get 3 drinks wow then 30 minutes later we were asked if we were going to eat so we ordered our food which took another 45 minutes to get lets just say not worth the 45 minute wait let alone what it cost. we were never asked if we needed anthing or how our food was and never got the water we ordered. then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill after we went and found our waitress and asked her for it. now I will just say I have to Pirate's cove when it was standing room only and we had excellent service..so it is fair to say that I will not be taking my spring visitor's to your restaurant.

Not a big selection on food. No kids menu. Prices high and they charge for soda refills. Need more appetizer selections and lower prices. Service was very slow. It could be a really fun place if they change a few things.

A bit pricie for what you get. May have to give it some time to realize they are not the only place on the river that sells food and drinks. Atmosphere was good. Should bring some needed revenue to the area.......
