Provided by YP.comThis is a great special event location {i.e. birthday, anniversary, etc.}. The restaurant is in an old restored farmhouse and has an Inn adjacent for overnight stays. It is pretty far removed from the major surrounding cities in the beautiful mountain countryside.
We arrived for our reservation a little early but were seated immediately. The evening we were there, they had live music playing in part of the restaurant. It was a neat addition but the speakers were turned up a little too loud.
If the tasting menu is available, definitely take advantage. It is nice to turn the reigns over to someone else and just back and enjoy. They also do wine pairings along with the tasting which is fun.
The restaurant focuses on farm to table ingredients and this is obvious in most of their dishes. We did the morrel tasting menu and the morrels came from their garden. Very delicious.

My dessert was wonderful...I am Gluten Free, and had the flourless chocolate cake!! Wilton the pastry chef is the best!
A wonderful and romantic place to escape to!
