I don't usually share my bad experiences with companies but this one got me really upset. This store (65 E State Rt 4, Paramus, NJ 07652) agent named Ryan fooled me to buy an apple watch he was like '' your bill will only increase by $10 '' and we switch you to unlimited as well.I couldn't resist the deal so I did it. The next month my bill went up +$136 which was crazy. I went to the store to refund it so many times the manager kept making excuses like '' oh Rayan is not here, he will be here so and so ''I took some days off from work to go to the store. I contacted customer service online so many times, they even left a note for the refund but they refused to do it, instead they released it from the payment plan so next billing cycle I will have to pay for the watch in full. I was going back and forth because online customer service tells me go return it but then the store refused. Turned out he was completely fooling me most likely to gain some points for the store since the store was just an authorized AT&T store not fully owned by AT&T. Now they finally accepted to return the watch but with a payment of $45 for restacking fee. So now all solutions left is to their favor so I transferred to sprint and probably will never ever go back to AT&T. I contacted the district manager, she accepted the return without the fee, like wth all that time I wasted for days has no value for them. They were like we will refund it and give you a free accessory like screen protector..... Like are you serious I am not waiting for you to install a screen protector on my new phone. I had my old phone with a screen protector and two extended battery cases which I can't use now. I am sorry guys, I am sharing this because I am very upset. Because the guy Rayan was like ''yes I did tell you $10 but I meant your plan after the plan change fees and 6 month charges of the watch..'' which is a complete lie, he never mentioned all that at the time of the purchase
