Seniors The City of Paramount offers a number of services for our seniors including classes, activities, transportation, excursions and a nutrition program. The Paramount Senior Center is located at the Community Center at Paramount Park, 14400 Paramount Boulevard. It is open to anyone 55 years of age or older, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
