A family owned and operated practice serving Butte, Sutter and Yuba counties in Calif. Dr. Hawkley is a podiatrist specialist who provides medical diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems and he cares for injuries of the foot, ankle and heel. We accept most major insurance plans including but not limited to: Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare, Health Net, Mutual of Omaha, Humana, GEHA and Pacificare, Preferred provider with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and other insurance companies. No referral required with most insurances.
