They were very late. Kept moving the day they could make it out. (kept giving us excuses about why they couldn't make it out that day) On the day they finally were to be here again we ran into problems. They told us they'd be out early in the day. No show. We called. Got the run-around all day. Did not show up until the evening. It was getting dark. Woke up the neighbors kids and my kids who had school the next day. Had to come back the next day to finish a simple job due to the fact that they could not see what they were doing. Too many excuses and just plain unprofessional! Never would I hire these guys ever again!!!
