We took our car in to get 2 tires, and the AC charged. Before they even put the tires on they told me I needed a new compressor and condenser...cost $ 1500.00, I told them I just wanted the freon. after 45 min. they finnally put the tires on the car and told me I needed new tie rod ends, cost $400.00. I finally told them just do the work I asked for. They said I could pay my bill and go. It seems that they have a salesman reviewing the car, not a mechanic,find something to sell, and dont worry about customer satisfaction. seems like a scam.

Store was called and vehicle was set up for service to fix a specific issue at a quoted price. After service was started I received a call that the reported issue (leaky front seal in a rear differential) was the problem, but it was actually a leak from the left axle. Of course price went from $228 to $593, I tried multiple times to get a further explanation, b/c this just didn't make sense. Since something didn't seem right I asked them to stop the work until I could review it myself. I was also informed of a leak in the power stearing & the need to replace the shocks. When I visited the store, the actual work that had been requested and priced had not even been noticed or addressed. There was too much time spent trying to find additional work that the primary issue wasn't even recognized. Total cost to fix the two leaks was now up over $900. (Again original quote for issues to be addressed $228). Took it elsewhere and everything was fixed with warranty for under $300
