I'd drive just a little further and visit one of the other Hobby Lobby stores in the area. The sale prices were reasonable (and consistent for all the stores) but the customer service left a lot to be desired. When the only mirror in the size I was looking for was damaged, the manager offered to write up a rain check, but was in such a rush to get back to what he'd been doing before I asked for help that he neglected to add the item number to the rain check. Then, when the staff was working to track down the item the following week, they repeatedly promised return calls that never came. I asked if they could help me find the item at a different store and the salesperson said I was welcome to go ahead, but to let her know if I didn't want the mirror they were ordering because it would throw off their stock. When I said I was surprised because I thought they would actually help me work with one of the other stores, she said she might be able to provide me with their phone numbers.
