BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! We had our mother take our dog to DR. Underwood for an eye infection because we were leaving on a flight later that day. We were shocked to find out that the vet bill was $223.50 for an eye infection. Here is a list of the unneeded test done to our dog: tick test, cbc, general health profile, and an electrolyte panel. when we returned from our vacation he was no better. We went to the vets office and were told the tests NEEDED to be done and there would be no refund or credit issued, yet the infection had gotten worse. So we took him to his normal vet the next day and guess what. He had a piece of dirt or grit in his eye(that was never checked) and now has a pinpoint ulcer and conjunctivitis because of it, also our vet pulled a piece of seed pod out of his nose that was blamed on a serious infection. This office should be shut down for over billing and just plain taking advantage of people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
The Orange County Animal clinic ruined our kitten. We took it in for a routine declaw and they botched the procedure so badly the kitten nearly died. They "treated" the kitten for two weeks, only to have toes die and paw pads die, resulting in the removal of the toes and pads. Only after we took the kitten to the Bloomington Cat Hospital did we finally receive the treatment that ultimately saved its life. Now we have over $2,500 of expenses we are waiting to be reimbursed for by the malpractice insurance. Dr. Geyman did this to our cat, and never apologized for any of it - going so far as to tell us, "yes it IS your problem!" Do not take a pet of any kind to the Orange County Animal Clinic while Dr. Geyman is employed there.
