Found this small eatery on one of our motorcycle trips and decided to give it a try. It's an interesting place from the start as it's apparently the airport control center and smokehouse. The dining area is large enough to accomodate a fair number of patrons at any one time. The one factor that makes this a great place to take the kids is due to the fact the north side of the dining area is completely windows which looks out onto the tarmac of the airport. The night we stopped was a calm spring night and it seemed everyone with a plane was either coming in or taking off while we ate. I had a pork sandwich while the wife tried a turkey sandwich, both of which were good but in our opinion didn't really have much smoke flavor to it. The meats were tender and very moist which kind of made up for the slight lack in flavor. We split an order of fries which appeared to be the standard frozen variety but were properly finished. In all, we'll go back again sometime to give it another try.
