Could not agree more! If you do decide to settle for this place, just hope you have a considerate upstairs neighbor if you aren't lucky enough to get on the third floor. My upstairs neighbor leaves their dog on their porch to urinate and vomit. It leaks down onto our furniture. Last week we noticed holes burnt into our cushions and thought they were cigarette burns until we noticed a "roach" on our porch floor. We don't smoke. Hmmm.... They are desperate for renters and will rent to anyone. The landscaping quit getting done because they owe a lot of money to the company that was doing it. The one grill you are allowed to use never works. If we weren't getting Pcs'd in less than a year, we would move into arbor trace across the street. They have the nicest/largest apartments in Bay county. Oh, and when we moved in, they painted the wrong apartment and didn't clean the apartment we actually chose to live in. Expect random letters with empty threats in your buildings doors..

This current waterstones manager is the worst manager ever i regret living here for many reasons. This place was awesome until the new manager came here. I am 12 and my mom and many other people have complained and even called waterstones corp. More and more people are moving out. scincerley ,an angry kid from waterstone at jenks and to the manager i hope you get fired and DONT talk behind a twelve year olds back

"Caring for your concerns" is a joke!The staff is horrible,they might be nice at first but when you move in, everything changes! They are rude and management has no clue! Parking is horrible and good luck getting anything fixed.
