      Very detail oriented. I have used Mr. Pettis on several occasions, ( I own rental condos). I have not once, been disappointed. I now use them for my personal home also! Kudos to a job well done!

      attention to detail. got a walk-through prior to cleaning with some pre-treatment spot spray. this guy cares how the job comes out! highly recommended.
