i decide to hire better attorney at hendersonville bar association with tyndall airforce case plan on dante christian rice and hope sherriee bingham since department of children nothing but scams with better leverage after findings ,since all my witness where not add to court order termating judge fensom ever pratice scum department .i am tired scams by attorney and state judge and crooks that was done at osi, and to be threat my daughter and son all recorded conversation on facebook.i played videos and tape conservation to youtube i found where the scum judge got them,i was never charged to my childern at doug white and jack and monica second set up and cat problem i dont have kittens or cat that is a lawsuit sitting with public defenders and the jail need professional help after law enforcement threat people body injury.after talking waylon graham and law enforcement on a witness/ i think hendersonville court system is better than be lied on .bay county is sick joke .something not right with bay county.i quit shopping at bay county go to marianna .

Mr. Ogburn is the best. He really cared about our case and did a fantastic job. Even if the outcome had been different I would still feel he is a wonderful attorney. We are from out of state and lucked out finding him. Thank you

Richard Ogburn is not a skilled lawyer. Nothing he promised us came to fruition. Not only did he not get the results he promised in our child custody case but he is rude, dismissive and has little work ethic. Nothing was accomplished in the time frames he himself set. He thinks highly of himself but I believe you'd be hard pressed to find others in his profession who agree with his impression of himself.

Very dissapointed at my experience with Ricard. After repeatedly asking for itemized statements I came to his office where he threw a packet of things he says he did pertaining to my case on the table in front of me. First he announced: "You wanted your bill, you got your bill". I stared at it with tears rolling down my face in shock. Is it strange to want an itemized monthly statement as to where your money is going? His offensive/defensive behavior was unwarranted. He scheduled mediations without consulting with me, the last one, I paid another $120 out of my pocket and the short time we were there he fought for his attorney fees...not for me. I don't know the law, I don't know my rights. Less than an hour in he had to go because he scheduled mediation on a day he had a hearing! I followed him out in shock. "Can we change anything, I feel like things were missed. "It's done. In 2 weeks you'll be divorced." That was 3 mon. and $3400 ago. I am still married. I feel taken advantage of.

This man is the best lawyer to have in Family Court.. He is fair, truthful, and works for the best interest of the family.. If you retain him or are assigned to him he is undoubtedly the best!!!!!
