Provided by YP.comI'm in Cosmetology school and I came in to tan on my lunch break. I figured while I was there I'd get my hair edged/faded and texturized.. The lady that did my hair SHAVED the back of my head where it was stacked in the back. There was patches of hair and long sprigs of hair missed, I was gouged to the scalp with the clippers.. Etc. I had to come in the next day to show them what was done. Luckily a gentlman was able to take it down really low and somewhat fix it. . But tried to charge me again for a haircut? The manager there was not very personable and quite frankly rude. I had plans for the next day I had to cancel because my hair was was so bad.

Provided by YP.comThis has to be my worse haircut yet. I have short hair and I asked for a haircut below my ears, but instead they cut my hair above my ears. The hairdresser I had did not let me see my hair after it was done. Whenever the ladies are done they always at the end ask if you like it and gets a mirror to see the back, but this lady did not. I am truly disappointed. I've been coming here for a while and some haircuts I had previously were good but some were horrendous. Whenever you go there make sure you see how some of the haidressers do their haircuts and try to avoid the ones who can't do a decent job.

Provided by YP.comI asked for my hair to be colored and then peek a boos throughout. Well this was at two pm. Beteween smoke breaks and cell phone conversations I didn't get out until almost 7pm the results were not what I wanted. My peek a boos are orange and it looks horrible. And my hair looks orange someone needs to fix this

Provided by YPmobileI had scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband. When we got there, the stylist that's supposed to cut our hair told me that I missed my appointment the day before. I am a very organized person and I hate it when people mess up, and in my case she made it look like I was the one who messed up. They didn't like it when I reiterated that I did NOT missed my schedule. Anyway, I could've left the salon and took my money elsewhere, but I kept my appointment thinking it wasnt the stylist's fault, but rather the person who took the call, who obviously messed up, who had the nerve to tell me, "She'll take you, and somebody made a mistake." I said, "I understand, but don't tell me that I missed my appointment." I had my haircut, which she did in a hurry and messed up. Really? I did her a favor by not walking out, and what I got was a lousy service. We shouldn't have left tip. After years of going to this salon, stylists comes and goes, and this what I got? NEWSFLASH! You lost customers. We will NEVER going back.

Provided by YPmobileI took my 5 year old son to get a hair cut here and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. The woman who worked on my son's hair used clippers with a guard to cut it short. She was so rough with the clippers that she literally gashed his ear WITH the guard on. He sat perfectly still until that moment. She was so caught up in herself that I had to point out that he was bleeding on himself because she "didn't notice". Instead of apologizing, she got more frustrated and rude while the other staff just stared awkwardly like it was his fault. After this experience my son now has emotional break downs every time he needs a hair cut. He was never scared until I took him here. I deeply regret ever wasting my time at this sorry excuse for a salon and I will tell everyone I come across not to go. If I could give them a negative rating I would do so

Provided by YP.comWent in the salon to get my roots touch up. The first hour the stylist texted and took several phone calls She told me she needed to "blend" my hair color. It turned out to darker even after I said the sample color was darker then I wanted. The shocker was the price $190.00. Yes I said 190 dollars. I know I should of asked the price first but I've never had to pay over $100.00.I will never go back to the Cut By Us on Tyndall Parkway in Panama City ,Fl.
