after getting recomendations and good pricing i went to auto trim n design to tint the windows of my car. i made an appointment for 11 in the am and was there at 10:35. i was told the job would take approx 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. after paying for a taxi to take me to a doctor appointment while they had my car i waited until 1:00 pm to return to pick up my car. upon returning after almost 2 1/2 hours the only thing that had been done was the back windshield glass. after looking at my car the guy dodd (who was nice the whole time) told me that his boss told him to stop doing my car a do a big truck instead! that truck was definitely not there before i was! this made me very angry! the man then told me to give him 30 mins and he would finish my car. now 4 windows the small half glasses in the back and the top of the windshield still needed to be done i refused to have him rush the job. i went inside to talk to the boss charles spence. i told him i was very angry that after them having my car for a bit longer than the time i was promised it would be done that somebody else was put infront of me i wanted my car back. i told him i would pay for the back glass that was done but after that i would not have them finish it. he did not say anything to me and jus walked away to the back area. i then walk outside to see the guy trying to back my car into the work area to finish the job after i told them not to. my boyfriend clearly told them to get out of my car they are not finishing the job mainly because i had to go to work . the boss charles got mad saying there was a mistake and misunderstanding. Yea the mistake was the stop the job on my car to do some elses! that was basically telling me they felt that for some reason this other person was more important!! charles then reached in the back of my ar and riped out the tint that was applied saying u are not leaving here with my tint! i have never been treated with disrespect and rudeness from a business before! i have told everybody that is close enough to hear me talk and have also heard negative feed back about this place from others after they heard my story. i would never recommend them to anybody! i am also planning to contact the good business bureau (sp) and reconfronting the man charles about his behavior! i am extreme unhappy pissed off and disappointed and more!
