THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS THEY SCHEDULE! They were late to meet me to measure the window, after I left work to meet with them. They rescheduled days for the install and then moved the time back on the new day. On the day they rescheduled to, I was 10 minutes late because I was not able to leave work in time and they did not wait on me and took 45 minutes to come back. I guess they think its okay for their customers to wait on them but they cant wait for us. After installed the window does look good, just kind of a hassle.

Do not take you car here!!! Payed for my window on 4-11-13 and Ended up having to go with someone else. They said the first window they received was the wrong one NOT my fault, then told me no they could not get the window, then was told they could but it would be another 100 dollars, AFTER agreeing to an extra 100 dollars they said they ordered the window but it would take two weeks to get here from Fort Worth! Call them today just to check the progress and ended up telling them i will get the window with someone else. I go pick up my car and my refund. What an experience that was. I walk into their office and tell the lady I'm here for my blazer and she replies AND!!! Ok so I say where is my refund she tells me as rude as ever that she put it in the blazer MIND YOU MY WINDOW IS STILL BROKEN across the street!!! Seriously!!!! Then as I'm walking to the door to leave she decides to ask me 20 questions about who am i getting my NEW window from. I tell her his name and she tells me he is a crackhead and blah blah blah. I asked her do you know him personally she replies yes and i say well if you know him personally and you know he is a crackhead what does that make you. Turn around to the door and she tells me Good luck getting it started. Turns out they cut my fuel line!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

After the windshield repair job these guys botched on my van I wouldn't trust them to cut me glass for a picture frame. I have had rock chips repaired the past and was always very happy with the results of the repairs... with this one, the repair was so bad I didn't even think they had been out to work on my van.
