My friends and I went to Palos location and had a great experience. Vert helpful, can't wait to go back. Everything unique.

Do not shop at this store. Their return policy is horrible and their customer service is as well. They would not honor a credit I had and they were extremely rude when asking about it. Terrible place to do business with.

This store has the WORST return policy I've ever experienced!! Be very careful when you buy something there, because they do not give REFUNDS!!! If you have the item for more than 7 days from your purchase, you WILL NOT get an exchange or refund. They don't tell you this before your purchase, so be warned. They will not back down from that policy either!



If you buy something from the LaGrange location, watch out for Tina, the store manager. She will yell at you, become aggressive and hang up the phone on you! That was my exerience with her. To be honest, I've never been treated so badly by a store manager, or any other business for that matter! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm surprised that she's the store manager with the way she represents that business. I guess that would only happen with a privately owned company.



Furthermore, their prices are outrageous! Shop around before you buy ANYTHING there! I bought a top at J.C. Penney's for $10, and at their "boutique" it was priced at $65. Found another pair of pants, same brand and style for $15 at TJ Maxx and their cost was $115!!! Huge mark up!!



If I could have given this company a zero rating, I would have. I'll never step foot in either location again!!
