- Corporate LawMr. Costello has lectured on a range of bankruptcy and insolvency issues before bar associations, corporate law firms and trade groups, and has been a guest lecturer at Santa Clara Law School and the University of California Hass School of Business. He has served on the Insolvency Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California and as a co-chair of the UCC Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
