VSI s team consists of individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise that allows it to work on a wide variety of projects. VSI was established in 1990 and has expanded its services and gained experience working with a wide range of projects with a diverse group of clients. The first VSI office was opened in 1990 in Santa Clara, Calif., in the heart of the biotechnology and high tech industries of Silicon Valley. Corporate headquarters is located in Palo Alto, Calif.
