I asked around for a good local fish fry. The Nite Cap name came up alot. So we made the trip and were very pleasantly surprised. If you can tell a good restaurant from the amount of cars outside, we were in for a real treat. It was packed. We knew there was going to be a wait, not a big deal. The clientele, comaraderie and bar staff make the time fly. We were called and seated at a table with our meal all set. The fish was perfect, a light corn breading, flakey and hot, hot, hot. But the pancakes . . . OMG. Hot, tender with crispy edges. And they kept coming! Next time, we'll save room for dessert. They sounded delicious. I highly recommend this place for a true Wisconsin fish fry.
