The manager, Brad, is very unprofessional and demeaning. I was unhappy with the product they provided and returned it. They took the product back and refused to give me a refund. Had to go to the bank and do a charge back to my account. I will NOT do business here again. Also, can't seem to find out who the franchise owner/s are...

The staff is very rude. When I asked them for help, the made me feel like I was bothering them. I will take my business else where.
