I called this business earlier this morning in regards to some work I was needing done. And after the conversation I had, even if they do good work, they'll NEVER recieve any of my business. The woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, that's no big deal, I can understand that. I asked if I could speak with someone else, she flat out told me NO. Instead, I had to explain to her what it was that I wanted, and again, she still didn't know what I was talking about. I shouldn't have to explain myself over and over when calling a business. This woman was so rude, I decided to just move on. I can find someone else, easily. Offering work to a place of business, should never be that difficult!
