A great place for children and adults. I should know, I started taking classes there when I was 12 and have continued for the past 15 years. I can't imagine how things would have been different if I never entered the dojo. The self confidence and discipline I gained has been immeasurably important in my life, and I owe a lot of what I am today to the training and guidance I received from Master Kenneth LeCours. I urge anyone who feels that they, or their children, could benefit from martial arts training, and the physical and mental benefits that go with it, to go see what the dojo offers. It can really make a difference.
