Called them for a tow out of the ditch they refused service because they said they had no recovery trucks, but I suspect they would not respond due to the temperature. I then attempted to pull the vehicle out of the ditch myself with my Jeep and almost succeeded. I then called this worthless company back to ask for them to come out in the morning they said I'd have to call back at 7:00am, in the the conversation the dispatcher said that he could send someone tonight but it would cost me! That he was "giving his guys a rest because they were going for a long time". I said that due to the cold there was no one on the road so he got nasty and hung up.So much for 24/7 service. I am fed up with the business community in Alaska promising service and not coming through. There should be a law against false advertisements.
