      This location at Kinko's has very good service and nice people to deal with who are friendly and helpful. As far as FedEx general shipping, you can pay for Fragile labels and place them all over a package in vain as they are ignored and FedEx is terribly rough on packages and break items no matter how much padding you buy to put inside. Waiting on a claim now and wonder if it will be a hassle.

      The WORST delivery drivers in the world ! Do NOT knock on door , do NOT ring doorbell , just leave door tags .I spent all day and evening waiting for package and finally checked outside my front door and ... surprise , surprise ...a doortag !!! Called Fedex and they cannot get in touch with drivers ??? How convenient ! And don't work on Mondays ??? WOW , must be nice ...to hell with customers , right ?
