Example of what happened:
i called him asking him if he still had the special 4 rooms for $55, he said yes so we make an appointment. he arrives to my house i don't speak Spanish so he is kind of rude right off the bat. he tells me my living room is bigger than expected so he said that he said 4 areas and not 4 rooms and that my stairs are considered 2 area, my step dad who speaks Spanish comes over and talks to him and he changes his whole attitude. I figured he was upset I didn't speak Spanish and I refereed him to my sister in law who speaks Spanish he told her he had the deal going on still but then arrives to her house and tells her her living room is bigger than expected. and that there is a big stain in her living room which he is going to have to work harder on and he upped the price.
