My daughter, who lives in Texas ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They tried to deliver to my business but only after 5pm or on a Sunday. My business is open 8 - 5 pm Monday thru Friday and we are closed on Sunday. When I called them on this they refused to deliver the flowers and told me I could drive all the way out to Palm Springs and pick something up. I told them to give my daughter a refund. We are both pissed at the terrible customer service!!!
