Hi.I am a Realtor. This guy showed up the day he was called. Even though the home inspector said there was a soft spot on the roof. This guy said it was fine, and frivolous.
My seller still had him do a tune up for real reasonable to placate the buyer.
He did the job on a Saturday . I so recommend him and will use him again . GOOD honest guy!!! Nice!
