Worst and costliest experience ever! First verbal quote of $3,500. Second quote upon inspection of my things in storage was $4,500. After putting my things on pallets, which is a huge mistake to begin with, I was charged ANOTHER $4,500. for a total of $9,000.!!! Several of the pallets used were old and fell apart during shipping which caused MAJOR PROBLEMS in delivery! Totally packed things without regard to size and wright of boxes and items marked FRAGILE! AN ANTIQUE french settee was totally destroyed because it was packed with a very heavy mantle and Persian rug!Although the pallets were shrink wrapped, many of the boxes on the pallets shifted and caused MAJOR CRUSHING!!! OVERALL, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, BUT THE MOST SERIOUS COMPLAINT IS THE "BAIT AND SWITCH" stunt that was pulled by someone who was supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL IN ESTIMATING SHIPPING COSTS!!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM!!!
