We hired this company to do a home inspection on our home before we purchased it. They did find a few minor things. What they missed was the gas furnace was in very bad condition!! Rusted out and cracked!!! If we had used it we could have all died due to carbon monoxide poisoning!! When we brought this to their attention, they called back and apologized saying they were not permitted to open the furnace to check this. Then don't say the system is 15 years old (when its really over 30) and indicate its safe to use. Save your money, buy a home owner's warranty instead!!
