During his tenure as an attorney servicing the legal needs for the Department of Revenue, Mr. Dean has handled more than 1500 cases involving Paternity, Child Support Establishment and Modification, and Contempt actions. He has handled such cases in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, DeSoto, and Sarasota counties.

If you are left with an amount of money between $100 and $166.66, you may still be able to pass the means test if you do not have enough money over at the end of the month to pay off more than 25% of the remainder of your outstanding bills. If you are left with more than $166.66, you will not pass the means test and will have to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy instead.

• Wills
  A Will, also referred to as a Last Will and Testament, is primarily designed to transfer your assets according to your wishes. A Will also typically names someone to be your Executor, who is the person you designate to carry out your instructions. If you have minor children, you should also name a Guardian as well as alternate Guardians in case your first choice is unable or unwilling to serve. A Will only becomes effective upon your death, and after it is admitted by a probate court.
