This business is the gem of Palm Harbor ! The owner is soooooo talented , and so nice , I love going in. She does any level of tailoring , and puts her heart and soul into each . Can you tell I recommend her to everyone I know ?

There are only three reviews on yelp so I figured I'll try this place out. I am new to the Florida area. My family and I just relocated here from Chicago. I stopped at Georgette's to tailor a suit. I will preface this review as such.. I knew that the pants were really big and that it would be an expensive job. I have no desire to ever wear this suit again. It is for a wedding that I am standing up in.



I attempted to tell the owner that I never plan on wearing this suit again and that I just need something to tide me over for the night of the wedding. She seamed as if she didn't want to help me. The owners negative demeanor and tone was appalling. She said shes been in business long enough to know when to walk away and no matter what I said she knew I'd complain because the pants would never fit right. I told her again I didn't care and she flat out told me no, its not worth the time.



First off, money is not an issue for me. I need to get this suit fixed to last me one night only. It is ugly and will be given to goodwill after the wedding.



Second, I wear suits 5-6 days a week. I have a closet full of 15-20 suits at any given time. I purchase on average 4-5 suits a year. Being that I am new to the area, I figured great; this place is close! I can bring suits that I purchase and that fit me properly to get tailored. NOPE. I can assure you that I will NOT be taking anything to place.
