Best women's clothing store in No. Pinellas County. Went in to sell my clothes; the lady with short white hair was great; explained everything to me. They even gave me referral cards for my friends (to win a gift card)!! Super clothing and handbags! Like new!! Some things are new and still have tags on them. Go there...you'll love it!

I had the most worthless and horrible experience yesterday at this store. I went in with 15 items, all from Nordstroms or Chicos with name brands like Ralph Lauren, Gloria Vanderbilt-all in great condition and ranging from womans sizes 12-16. After waiting for 2 hours one of the ladies finally looked through my pieces, made an offer for on 4 pieces, and then said she could not purchase the rest because they were juniors and stained. I wish I could attach pictures to this review because my clothes were all professional and current in style, very clean, and definitely not even close to juniors!! Not upset that they did not purchase my pieces, but I was frustrated by the wait and by their reasoning for denying my clothes. They market their store for purchasing exactly what I brought in, yet wasted my time in making up a false excuse not to purchase. I will NEVER be returning to sell or purchase. Hoping this review can save you your valuable time too! Find somewhere else!

Staff was rude! Looked up and the cameras hang right over the dressing rooms!!!!! I asked the lady up front to see the surveillance tape and make sure my body wasn't seen. she told me that I'd call back to talk to the manager who is a male! she said the shop should install cameras there because they lose a lot f items in there!! Ummm beware!! In all honesty...not worth the hype!!
