I have a private mail box here and they collect my packages and mail for me. If I leave town they hold my mail. I created a pre-paid account with Mail Bag so that when I am out of town for an extended period of time they can mail me my first class mail! If you are in a hurry like I am you will appreciate that they retain the same staff and therefore the service is quite effecient. You don't get a novice trying to figure out what they are doing behind the counter...that saves me a lot of time and hassle. Thumbs up Mail Bag!
