Warner Engineering was established in 1976 and serves clients from its offices in Palm Desert and Yucca Valley, Calif. It provides engineering, planning and surveying services throughout Southern California. In 2007, it merged with NV5, which is a civil engineering firm that offers surveying and construction and program management services. It provides land development and structural, water resource and transportation engineering services. The firm offers water quality investigation, floodplain management planning, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, land application evaluation and water source development services. NV5 provides several transportation engineering services, including surveying and mapping, construction staking, permit processing, earthquake damage assessment, seismic analysis, structural evaluation, and roadway and intersection improvement. It conducts boundary, topographic, global positioning system, hydrographic, control and route surveys. In addition, the firm provides site acquisition, environmental regulations consulting, grading design, on-site demolition, bridge scour analysis, program scheduling, compliance inspection and cost management services.
