In my opinion We couldn't have had a worse experience in purchasing a home from start to finish! Take my advice If you want a home built right, use a good custom home builder Not a Shoddy Track Builder! Extremely Poor Workmanship!!! These people gossip and talk about their customers! After my experience with this Shoddy Builder I would not let them build a dog house for my dog! Look at one of their homes under construction before you buy! Don't just look at one of their model homes. Best Local Builder? Are you Kidding Me??? Paytas Homes.. BIG MISTAKE!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!
