DO NOT use their services! I brought in a dress with stains(which basically looked like dried water marks) to be cleaned. The first time I arrived to pick it up, they didn't remove any of the marks, so being rational I decided to let them have another go at it. When I came back the second time, they got all the stains out, but in the process burned my dress. There are now black burn marks all over the dress. They informed me in a very rude manner that they did all they could and to "get out of the store now". They did not even ask me what the problem was nor did they give me the opportunity to explain the situation. Basically they gave me my dress and told me to leave. The services they offered were so bad that if I had the time I would file in small claims. Please take my warning and use another cleaner if you want your clothes to come back to you undamaged.

If i was able to give it no stars i would. Customer service should always be number 1, and the people there are not aware of this. The staff is unfriendly, confrontational, and threatening. I came in a few days late to pick up my clothes and threatened to charge me double. Luckily he took that back and said "this time i charge you this price" (pointing to the receipt). He couldn't charge me twice even if he wanted to, there are no signs, terms or conditions that state that the price is subject to change. Very scummy place. Please avoid.

These people are crooks and thevies. The started yelling at my wife naasty name and threatened her. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!

WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!! This was my first time there and it will definitely be my last time. I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning and showed the front desk person stains that needed to be removed. She said "ok" but i noticed she made no notes or tape marks on the stains to remember. I thought to myself.. "of course it will be hard to remember without making any notes on it." But i gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my clothes. It was due to be picked up saturday, went there tuesday and they thought they lost my clothes, I stood at the front desk for 5-10 mins while they tried looking for my clothes. They kept insisting somebody already came and picked it up. Which I knew was not the case. They asked for more time and eventually found the clothes, then I saw the stains were not removed on both pieces. I kindly pointed it out. The owner, instead of trying to attend to the mistake, kept giving excuses of why the stains weren't removed and had the NERVE to say "we're too busy to remember what each customer asks for".. are you kidding me??!! You own a tiny little dry cleaner the size of a room, I've been to FOUR times bigger ones that attend to what customers need. Then the owner has the nerve to say.. "If you don't like my work, don't come back". I was APPALLED at their attitude and customer service. My husband and I own a respectable business right across the street from them with MANY MANY palm coast clienteles and we will be sure to not recommend them AND also let all our customers know how bad this dry cleaner is. The rudest people I have ever encountered with customer service. People beware, they don't care about their customers and that's why they will never grow with there business nor will they ever advance in life with that kind of bad attitude. He thought he was losing one customer, He will be losing a lot after our words of experience with them gets around. I will make sure of that.

Laba Dry Cleaners and Alterations at 1284 Palm Coast Parkway SE, is the worst cleaners I have ever utilized. I took a formal dress to the Laba Dry Cleaners and Alterations and specifically asked if they could do the same hem. The dress was new, but too long for me and I needed alterations. My mother has been sewing for over thirty years, but since we are in the process of moving she put her machines in storage. I needed the dress sooner than I imagined we would be able to get everything out of storage and unpacked so we decided to have the alterations done.



Laba’s charged $37.45 for the alterations and promised that everything would be the same as before. When I picked up the dress it was not done correctly. The seam on one side has been sewn wrong. Part of the seam faces one way, but the seam at the bottom, where the alterations were done, was sewn to the opposite direction. The difference in the seam causes the dress to fall differently, in that it bunches in at the bottom. They refused to fix their mistake. The owner claimed that since it is in the inside of the dress it doesn’t matter. Well, it does, and even I know that.



Then they were rude to my mother telling her not to smile, telling her that she sounded stupid. Then they were rude to me telling me that I sounded stupid as well. I am less able to hold my temper than my mother is. I told the youngest one to shut up as I left since he was still being rude to me. The owner threatened that if we didn’t pay the $37.45 we could not get my dress. I plan to see if there is anything legally I can do about this, but for now I am writing this review to let others know so that they don’t fall victim to the same treatment. I will never use Laba Dry Cleaners and Alterations again.

I have been going Laba Dry Cleaners for 3 years and they have never let me down. They always give the option to have something expedited if I needed something in a hurry. A very nice family runned business, my only complaint is I wish they stayed open until 6:00pm - 6:30pm during the week. I don't get off work before they close.
