Painting Interiors: Cover all areas to be painted with drop cloths, plastic and tape as needed * Move furniture as necessary * Prepare all surfaces to be painted, including light spackling, sanding and caulking *Prime stained surfaces with stain cover *Remove wallpaper and repair drywall as needed/ requested. Exteriors should be painted every 5 to 10 years, depending on the quality of paint and craftsmanship it was painted with last time. * Pressure washing Lawn care
