A1 Homesitters performs scheduled inspections of vacant properties while the owner is away. • Our inspectors look at the house or condominium with a trained eye, making sure that everything is satisfactory. We will look for signs of leaks, pests and mold, all of which can be present in homes left alone for even the shortest interval. • Our inspectors provide a basic check of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property. • Should the inspector find an issue or potential problem, we will immediately notify the homeowner. The homeowner will instruct A1 Homesitters on how they want to proceed. • We will provide you with a report and/or photos and videos after each inspection if you request it.
