We are locally owned and operated, and offer a clean well maintained apartment building just 1/2 block from the ocean on Palm Beach Shores- a quick walk! Our friendly staff is dedicated to our tenants, and we have a full time maintenance staff on the premises. Our apartments are available for minimum 6 month leases, up to one year leases. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a living room, bedroom and bath, and there are outdoor grills on the property for our tenants, as well as a serene, quiet courtyard for relaxing or socializing, complete with our own fountain. Our rates are unbeatable!
