I called Bates with a HUGE termite issue, the receptionist was very friendly and took complete care of me. By the following week I was TERMITE FREE!

I called with an ant problem I could not take care of myself. Very Professional! They were prompt, friendly and always answered my phone calls and questions with courtesy. NO MORE ANTS!!!
